Since she was a young girl Victoria has been obsessed with travelling so it was only natural she went on to study tourism at degree level going on to become the 1st member of the sales team at Aliwen. She has family in Calafate, where her passion for travel and love of nature was nurtured. It’s no surprise her favourite destinations are Calafate and El Chalten, although she has travelled throughout the country. She has been in the Northwest, in Iguazu, Esteros del Ibera, Puerto Madryn, Bariloche, Mendoza, San Luis, Cordoba, Entre Rios, the Lake Region, Ushuaia, the Ruta 3 and also to Antarctica. Throughout her career, she has traveled every corner of Argentina, gaining invaluable insights and experiences. After residing for eight years in London, Juliana rediscovered the captivating allure of her own country, Argentina, and felt the need to introduce its wonders to others. Her favourite destination in Argentina is the enchanting town of Purmamarca.

Marisol is the Business Team Leader Of Aliwen. Her journey in tourism began at a young age; her mother worked as a travel agent for over 50 years, and her father was a private pilot. She studied for a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Hospitality and has over 30 years of experience, including roles as a sales executive in various outbound and inbound tourism agencies. “For me, traveling means living, dreaming, exploring, and being happy”, says Marisol.

“Di” for her friends and clients, studied Tourism and landed in Aliwen’s team 12 years ago. Before Aliwen, she worked as an incoming/outgoing tour operator, quality and product manager, and airline ticket refund and change. “For me, traveling is learning about different cultures and landscapes”, says Di. As a travel agent, she likes to discover the distinctive details of travelers to create the best possible itinerary. Her favorite destinations are the Lake Region in Patagonia, Bariloche, San Martín de Los Andes, and Villa La Angostura. If she had to recommend a hotel, she would choose Los Cauquenes in Ushuaia (Southern Patagonia). 

Lucas studied Tourism and Hospitality and has worked as a trip seller in Aliwen for 10 years. He traveled the American Continent in a van and worked in hostels, car and apartment rentals. “For me, travel is to grow and learn about different cultures and be surprised by the imposing landscapes”, says Lucas. His favorite destination in Argentina is the charming mountaineering village of El Chaltén in Patagonia. His favorite hotel, Legado Mítico, is in Buenos Aires, the capital of Argentina.

“Lu” for her friends and clients, she got her Degree in Tourism and postgraduate in Strategic management of Sustainable Development and Environmental Studies. She has worked in hospitality since 2011, starting in the gastronomic business, passing by luxury hospitality, commercialization, and outbound and inbound tourism in Buenos Aires. “For me, traveling means reconnecting with oneself and the close environment, dreaming, discovering, and learning”, says Lucía. As a sales team member, she stands out for her ability to design, plan, and execute memorable experiences, always encouraging the discovery of the diversity of landscapes, history, and cultural aspects. Her favorite hotel is La Matilde (Córdoba) and her favorite destination is Bariloche. 

Abril got her Degree in Tourism and Hospitality. In 2019, she started her career as a sales agent at Lihue Expediciones, where she focused on designing luxury trips and custom itineraries for inbound tourism in Argentina. Abril is now a luxury travel specialist at Aliwen. Her favorite hotel is Pristine Camps in Iguazú Falls, and her favorite destinations are the lake zones. “I’m always curious and eager to learn more about new destinations and market trends”, says Abril. 

“Lau” for her friends and clients, studied Communications Sciences and has worked in Tourism for 16 years. The paths of life led her to try new challenges in outbound tourism and companies aimed at groups and incentives where she managed to enhance and nourish her knowledge. She has been part of the Aliwen sales team for 8 years. “For me, traveling is being free and happy, melting into landscapes and cultures”, thinks Laura. As a salesperson, she is meticulous and detail-oriented, always seeking to add value to the programs. Her favorite hotel is Las Balsas Relais and Châteaux (Villa la Angostura) and her favorite destination, is Mendoza.

“Marian”, for her friends and clients, got her Superior Technical Degree in Gastronomy Business. He has worked in the food industry and had a great experience abroad in the United States. Her passion for traveling led her to incoming tourism. “Traveling means being able to disconnect to connect with the place, the customs, the food”, says Mariana. She is passionate about organizing tailor-made trips tailored to her travelers’ expectations. Her favorite hotel is Palacio Duhau- Park Hyatt (Buenos Aires) and her favorite destination, is Bariloche in Patagonia.

“Celi” for her friends and clients, got her Degree in Tourism and Hospitality and worked in the development and coordination team for corporate gifts in different countries across America and Europe, and organizing corporate travel. “Traveling is an opportunity to immerse oneself in new cultures and people, always bringing the possibility of becoming a better version of oneself”, says Celina. She loves being part of her clients’ journeys, advising, and offering the best experiences. Her favorite hotel is La Bamba (Buenos Aires and Pampa Region) and her favorite destination, is Bariloche in Patagonia.

“Pau” for her friends and clients, is a current student of Tourism and Hospitality. After spending a few years in the hotel industry, she joined Aliwen’s team. “Traveling means being free and fully happy, to explore and immerse in different cultures”, says Paula. As a travel agent, she is responsible, organized, and detail-oriented. She enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with her family. “Cele” for her friends and clients. She got her Technical Degree in Tourism. She worked in several areas of the tourism industry, coordinated groups to national destinations for 2 years, guided Los Glaciares National Park for three seasons, and worked in sales and operations from 2016 to the present. She is passionate about adventure in nature, and discovering new landscapes and cultures. Her favorite hotel is Eolo (El Calafate) and her favorite destination, is El Chaltén in Patagonia. 

“Noe” for her friends and clients. She studied Tourism and Hospitality. Since 2008, she has worked for different tour operators and learned about outbound and inbound Tourism. Traveling and helping others organize their trips is always a new challenge; “No trip is ever the same as the other, and it’s always an opportunity to learn about new people, new places, new things”, says Noelia. Her favorite hotel is Chaltén Suites and her favorite destination, is Córdoba, Argentina’s central region. 

“Luqui” for his friends and clients. He studied to become a City Guide in Buenos Aires. His work experience includes the tourist bus of Buenos Aires. “Traveling means a new adventure, rich in knowledge of new cultures, new places, and landscapes”, says Lucas. His favorite hotel is Legado Mítico in Palermo, one of the trendiest neighborhoods in Buenos Aires. His favorite destination is El Calafate in Patagonia.

“Cami” for her friends and clients. She is currently studying at the Argentine University of Enterprise. She has worked at different companies, and gained experience, especially in operations. “Traveling means the opportunity to discover new places and learn about different cultures”, says Camila. What she enjoys most is the possibility of always being amazed. Her favorite hotel is Legado Mítico in Palermo, one of the trendiest neighborhoods in Buenos Aires. Her favorite destination is Iguazú Falls.
